How it works

From request to runway, in four steps.

You describe the journey once. Operators send quotations. You compare them, choose, and fly.

  1. Tell us the journey

Share the route, the date, the number of passengers and the luggage. Add anything else we should know, such as a preferred aircraft class or flexible dates. If you are unsure, describe the trip in your own words.

  2. Operators respond

We take your request to operators who can fly the route. They respond with quotations. Every operator decides whether it can fly your journey, and some will decline.

  3. Compare and choose

Review the quotations side by side. Each one shows the aircraft, the route, the timings and the price. Ask us anything before you decide.

  4. Confirm and fly

Confirm the quotation you prefer. We help coordinate the details until you fly, and we stay available if your plans change.

What a quotation shows

Everything you need to compare.

Each quotation is written in plain terms, so you can compare one operator with another.

Questions

Good to know.

What do I need to request a charter?

The route, the date, the number of passengers and the luggage you expect. If you have a preferred aircraft class or a flexible date, add that too.

Who flies the aircraft?

A licensed operator flies the aircraft with its own crew. DialMyPlane connects you with operators and helps you compare your options.

Can I charter a helicopter instead of a jet?

Yes. Helicopters suit short transfers and places without a runway. Jets suit longer routes. Tell us the journey and we will suggest a class.

Can I book for a large group?

Yes. Group and event charters can use larger aircraft, including airliners. Share the group size early, because it decides which aircraft can be used.

How are medical flights different?

Medical flights need more detail, such as the patient's condition and the care required on board. We pass these requests only to operators able to carry patients. In an emergency, say so at the start of your request.

Ready when you are

Tell us where you want to go.

Start with the route and the date. We will ask for the rest.
