Operator onboarding
What we ask for, and what we do not.
Onboarding is a one-time exercise. You supply company and compliance information once, and aircraft information once per aircraft. Our team does the data entry with you.
Part A
Your company
- Legal company name and registration details
- Your operating certificate and regulator details, with validity
- Registered office and principal place of business
- Operations, commercial and finance contacts
- Company logo and a short profile for your listing
Part B
Your aircraft
- Registration, type, manufacturer, model and year
- Seating layout and maximum passengers in charter configuration
- Base airport and operating geography
- Cabin and exterior photographs
- Amenities, baggage capacity and crew configuration
- Range, runway requirement and availability pattern
Part C
Your documents
- Operating certificate, current, with validity dates
- Certificate of registration and certificate of airworthiness, per aircraft
- Aircraft and passenger liability insurance, with limits and validity
Our scope, stated plainly.
DialMyPlane records and displays the information you supply. It does not verify, certify, audit or take on any part of your regulatory, airworthiness, insurance or safety obligations. Those remain yours, under your own certificate.
